Wall Art Toolkit was created to make the technical side of creating, preparing and selling printable digital art easier. What began as a need for practical tools while working with digital wall art grew into a collection of calculators, guides and resources for creators, Etsy sellers and anyone preparing images for print.
Instead of forcing creators to work through formulas, spreadsheets and scattered information, WAT turns questions such as “How large can I print this image?”, “What aspect ratio do I need?”, “Will this file work for a 24×36 inch print?” and “What frame size fits my print?” into practical answers.
Who is behind Wall Art Toolkit
Wall Art Toolkit was created by Karla Quintal, a digital creator with training in data analysis and hands-on experience developing digital products and preparing designs for printing and online selling.
Her approach combines data analysis, testing and practical experience to build tools intended to be useful during real workflows—not only correct in theory.

How we develop our tools
Our calculators are designed around transparent calculations and practical use cases. Whenever possible, we explain how a result is obtained so users can understand the recommendation instead of relying on a black box.
For example, print-size calculations use actual pixel dimensions and the selected print resolution. We distinguish PPI from DPI and do not treat 300 PPI as the only usable print resolution. Tools and guides are reviewed as Wall Art Toolkit evolves, and technical recommendations are supported by documentation or reliable sources when appropriate.
Our goal
Make the technical side of wall art easy enough to understand that creators can spend more time creating.
Wall Art Toolkit aims to be a place where a creator can get a practical answer without having to piece it together across ten different pages.
